A Taste of Columbus 2025 - Vendor Confirmation Form

The Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club invites you to participate as a Food and/or Beverage Vendor at “A Taste of Columbus & A Toast to Wonderful Workplaces” on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

Welcoming 700+ attendees, this event will feature up to 50 food & drink stations offering complimentary sample bites & tasting pours from local restaurants, bakeries, cafes, breweries, and distilleries. There is no vendor fee to participate! Instead, we ask for taste-sized sample pours and/or bite-sized food donations (minimum of 350 quantity) — including plates, cups, napkins, utensils, or other paper goods.

We will provide you a banquet table & booth space and we handle all the marketing & social media to our 20,000 members & 30,000 followers. You’ll be featured prominently in our Tasting Passport Books. You are welcome to bring signage, menus, and marketing collateral to distribute and/or giveaways for attendees. We will also reserve a “bonus” 30-minute sneak peek session at the event from 5:30-6pm for local media, food bloggers and social media influencers to get a preview taste while posting to their fans and followers!

You will receive six (6) event tickets ($300 value) for your staff and/or your social media follower giveaways.
