Each year, the CYP Club honors “Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals” in and around Columbus with a recognition program that focuses on local employers who are nominated in the areas of “Coolness” (Attraction), “Stickiness” (Retention), Community Impact, and Growth Opportunities for emerging leaders.
Since 2013, the Columbus Young Professionals Club has recognized “Wonderful Workplaces for Young Professionals” from across central Ohio.
