ELEVATE & EXCEL MENTORING
As a young professional, you may want to advance or change your career path. This advancement could be a promotion, a change of career/industry, or a goal of entrepreneurship. Where would you find the resources to provide this information if it’s unavailable in your current company or supplement what your current company may offer? We’ve got you covered!
Columbus Young Professionals Club is proud to introduce a brand-new mentorship program! Elevate & Excel is designed to help young leaders and emerging professionals learn, grow and advocate for themselves professionally. Beginning with a kickoff meeting on April 10th, the program will consist of small groups of mentees working with a CYP Club mentor for 15 weeks. Mentees will commit 2-4 hours per month for the program. Mentees will also attend in-person sessions each month with relevant topics and team-bonding opportunities, bringing together all program participants and mentors. Mentees will learn skills such as accountability, task delegation, how to inspire your team to meet goals, how to lead when you’re not in charge, and much more.
Elevate & Excel runs from April 10 through July 26, 2024
Tuition is $197 per person for the 15-week program
