If you’ve made a New Year’s resolution to get out and socialize more, then this is the event for you! On Monday, January 23, 2023 we’re hosting an exciting social event for new members called Speed “Friending.” Similar to our Speed Networking events, this is an opportunity to meet new friends (minus the business aspect) and enjoy a structured social event with your first beer included at Endeavor Brewstillery in Grandview!
*And if you cannot make it on this date, we have added a second Speed Friending Social on Feb. 27 for greater flexibility!
What to expect: You’ll have the opportunity to meet up to 80 other young professionals to help build your local social network. But you’ll have to talk fast because once the bell rings, you’ll get up, move to the next seat, and start all over again. It’s structured and a lot of fun!
6:00 – 7:00pm: Check-in and Social Hour (all attendees get a drink ticket for their first beer!)
7:00 – 8:00pm: Speed Friending Activity
What to wear: Coming from work? No need to change clothes! Most people will be in business or business-casual attire.
Cost: The cost to attend is $12 online (if you register before Jan. 13), $15 (after Jan. 13), or $25 at the door. Premium members get to attend for $10 (before Jan. 13) or $15 (after Jan. 13).
Event features: All attendees will receive one ticket for their first beer, great socializing, and structured speed friending.
About the venue: Three friends sat around a fire pit, sipping whisky, and sharing stories of their favorite drinking experiences around the world. From South America, to England, and Germany they wanted to take the flavors they’d come to know and love in their travels, and share them with everyone. They launched Endeavor Brewing and Spirits to share those wandering stories and authentic world flavors with you. In 2020, Endeavor became central Ohio’s first Brewstillery. Distilling and aging spirits on site, they released their clear spirits – Rum, Botanical Gin, Dry Gin, and Vodka – in 2020, and their first aged spirits – Cask Rum, Cask Gin, Malt Whisky, and Bourbon – in 2022.
