The CYP Club is proud to present our 11th annual Executive Luncheon, powered by Stolly Insurance Group, on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 11:30am-1:30pm at Franklin University’s Ross Auditorium in downtown Columbus! Parking is included.
The purpose of The Executive Luncheon is to connect Columbus-area young professionals with C-Suite executives and community leaders to exchange success stories, career advice, and leadership lessons during a professionally-focused, interactive lunch experience. Each attendee is seated at a roundtable with one local executive and a small group of fellow emerging leaders! (view a list of our past executives!)
Our agenda is as follows:
11:30-11:50am: Check-in. Social networking. Grab lunch.
11:50am-12pm: Welcome & Table Introductions.
12-1pm: One-hour of facilitated, small group conversations with one of 16 executives. Attendees will rotate tables at 12:30pm for an opportunity to meet and interact with a second executive of their choosing.
1-1:30pm: Final leadership thoughts & open forum questions with all executives.

Ticket cost: It’s $25 per person (or $20 for Premium members) through January 31, 2025. On February 1st, the price increases to $30. Catered lunch & dessert from Freedom a la Cart is included - and you can select your meal on a dropdown menu when you register! Free parking is included.
Attendance for this event will be capped at 100 to allow for maximum interaction between our attendees and executives. Attire is business or business casual.

Aditi is an accomplished professional with two decades of experience in various domains, including business and research operations, marketing & communications, strategic planning, space & occupancy planning, and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to drive results and lead teams toward success.
She is also an entrepreneur who believes in offering transformative experiential solutions to small businesses and nonprofit organizations to help them achieve their goals. Her teams at The Spice Age Group integrate data, compelling content, and technology to design and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns and elevated event experiences. Her teams specialize in the conceptualization and management of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events.
A passionate changemaker, Aditi is the founder of the non-profit Passport 2 Fashion - a platform that strives to empower those with diverse cultural backgrounds, different gender identities, and body types to celebrate their individuality through creative expression. Her team works towards increasing representation to promote belonging and inclusiveness through fashion.
As a leader, her approach focuses on fostering empathetic communication strategies and building streamlined processes and workflows resulting in a long track record of success. She constantly strives to evolve as an individual and professional.

Dean of the Ross College of Business, Chair of the Doctorate in Healthcare Administration Program, Director of the Global Center of Healthcare Education
Dr. Alyncia Bowen earned her doctorate in Organization and Management from Capella University, MSA in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Capital University. She currently serves as Dean of the Ross College of Business, Chair of the Doctorate in Healthcare Administration Program, Director of the Global Center of Healthcare Education.
Dr. Bowen serves as faculty advisor and or instructor for the DHA, DBA, DPS, and EdD programs. Dr. Bowen teaches domestically and globally for the University. While at Franklin University she was instrumental in the development and launch of Ohio National University, a division of Franklin University. She also served as Dean of Doctoral Studies and the School of Nursing, Department Chair, Program Chair and Lead Faculty. Dr. Bowen has also served as an instructor for Mount Carmel College of Nursing where she taught and developed curriculum for their Healthcare Systems, Policy and Economics course. She has served as a guest lecturer on the topics of research and project management. In addition to education Dr. Bowen has worked in healthcare for over 23 years and has held several leadership and operations management positions. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, has completed 11 projects, and has trained several Green Belts.
Dr. Bowen enjoys presenting and has presented on the following topics: Developing and Sustaining a Community of Practice, Creating a Culture of Learning, Building, Developing and Implementing Best Practices in a Multi-generational Educational Environment, Cultural Competence, Transformational Teaching and Transnational Education. She currently serves on the Community Board at COSI, Quality Board for Ohio Living and Board of Directors for IACBE.

She has extensive experience in communication strategy, project management, and community relations, and uses data-driven insights to improve organizational performance. Her experience with corporate giving strategies, stakeholder engagement, and leadership team coordination enables Danielle to contribute to a variety of strategic projects. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and development, always looking for new methods to empower teams and conduct powerful DEI programs that resonate at all levels of a company.
