Arianny Damian is a seasoned marketing professional with a rich background spanning over to years. Currently, she serves as the Director of Business Development at Thompson Restoration Associates, where she channels her expertise into building impactful relationships to aid in the restoration of the lives of Ohioans affected by fire, water. wind, and mold damage.
Arianny's roots as a Dominican woman growing up on the west side of Columbus, Ohio, played pivotal role in fueling her passion for community growth and connection. Recognizing herself as a community servant. she is dedicated to contributing to the betterment of her community and follows the mantra "Life as you climb."
In addition to her role at Thompson Restoration Associates, Arianny is an active member of various professional associations such as IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women's Network), CAI (Community Associations Institute), and more. Her commitment to community service extends further through her experience on the Non-profit board for YES! Columbus, an organization committed to aiding in the professional development and economic freedom of women in Columbus.
Arianny has embraced new roles with pride, expanding her horizons as a podcaster, speaker, and host. These most recent titles have been a reflection of her commitment to sharing knowledge, fostering connections, and inspiring others within and beyond her community. Beyond her podcast "Just Between Us Girls", a space focused on having inclusive conversations regarding how we empower, uplift, and create resources for women in male dominated fields, Arianny has dedicated the last year to using her Instagram as a platform to create community as well.
Over the course of a year, she has gained over 11.000 followers on the platform with the aimed focus of highlighting local businesses and experiences for residents and newcomers to use as a "guide" for the 614.
With a genuine dedication to making a positive impact, Arianny continues to embody the spirit of "Lift as you climb" in both her professional and personal endeavors.

Cassandra J Kelly is a professional marketer, storyteller, and changemaker. Through her work, she hopes to empower others with knowledge and understanding about science, history, and above all, themselves.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism Communications from Ohio University. After a brief stint as a journalist in New York, Cassandra moved back to her home in Columbus, Ohio to serve her community as a nonprofit communicator. She has worked with multiple nonprofits to achieve visibility, and now runs her own marketing consulting agency, Like-Minded Marketing.
She also continues to write for national publications, including Mechanical Engineering Magazine, and recently published her debut novel, The Clearing.

Diana Wiebe is an experienced communications professional and storyteller, known for her expertise in strategic planning, content creation, and project management. She currently serves as the Communications & Program Manager at Ohio Legal Help, where she leads efforts to increase access to legal resources and information for all Ohioans. Prior to her role at Ohio Legal Help, Diana began her career with the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation where she developed a strong skill set in graphic design, outreach and communications.
In addition to her role at Ohio Legal Help, Diana is the founder of WeBe Marketing & Design, providing design and communications services to small businesses and nonprofits. She is also the creator of the TikTok channel @DepressionDotGov, where she shares content on overconsumption, sustainability, and mindfulness with a following of over 223K and nearly 11 million likes. Diana has been featured in the New York Times, NPR, CNN, Teen Vogue and Wired Magazine Middle East. Diana is passionate about using her communications expertise, authenticity and humor to make a positive impact in her community and the world.
Diana graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.

Jackie Murphy is a social media strategist and the founder of Queen Bee Jackie Creative. Her entrepreneurial journey began with The Queen Bee Paper Company, a personalized paper goods business she ran for 12 years, while supporting fellow entrepreneurs and building a community along the way. Now, as a social media expert, Jackie channels her expertise in social media, graphic design, event planning, and marketing to empower businesses in building strong, engaged online communities that amplify their brands and connect with their audiences.

Jeannette is a creative, mover and shaker, community organizer, storyteller, and community relationship connector! (Heavy on the community) She’s also the Hostess of Opera-isms and a Day -Maker at Opera Columbus, and a co-founder of Fat Babes Club of Columbus local a social group that hosts body positive and body neutrality events and finding resources and advocating for accessibility for all folx.

Kirsta Benedetti is an Artist and Creator of Life is Precious + The Whole Picture Project.
Kirsta lives and works in Columbus. She started her degree at Maryland Institute College of Art, took a year off to live in India, and finished up her Bachelors of Fine Arts at Columbus College of Art and Design with a focus in painting and installation art.
Currently she is focusing on abstract painting and portrait installations using a combination of acrylic and latex paint layered with graphite drawings on canvas. Her travels, living abroad, and social justice are often motivations for subject matter.

Meg Berno is an experienced destination marketer with a strong history of implementing successful storytelling campaigns, content contributor programs and social media promotions including influencer marketing.
She has built/redesigned and maintained two business-to-consumer contributor programs in the tourism sector, emphasizing diverse content that converts. During her time at Experience Columbus, Meg has pulled together a content team with representatives across all departments to garner organization-wide buy-in and cover a variety of topics.
She is also honored to participate in Leadership Columbus' Signature Program this year! -
Monica Tellez-Fowler currently serves as president and CEO of the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA). She joined COTA in March 2023 as COO before being promoted to deputy CEO in May 2023. She has been recognized as a compassionate leader and cites her impact successfully leading negotiations with Transport Workers Union Local 208, reaching a three-year contract agreement , and avoiding a work stoppage.
Prior to joining COTA, Tellez-Fowler was the Deputy CEO/Treasurer of Clark County Public Transit Benefit Area Authority (C-TRAN) in Vancouver, Washington.
During her time at C-TRAN, Tellez-Fowler was responsible for more than $100 million in annual operations and capital budgets and represented the authority on a $3.5 billion Interstate 5 bridge replacement megaproject across the Columbia River on the Washington-Oregon border. Before joining C-TRAN, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Trinity Metro in Fort Worth, Texas, where she oversaw the New Starts Federal Transit Administration grant application process for TEXRail, a $1 billion, 27-mile commuter rail between downtown Fort Worth and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Tellez-Fowler earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Tarleton State University, graduating as a “distinguished scholar.”
