Planning, monitoring, and ensuring execution of the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth league operations
Supervising staff and provide constructive feedback
We are looking for a part-time Director of Operations to organize and oversee the daily operations of our company. They must posses an “ownership” mentality for all aspects of the organization. You will be the one to ensure that the organization is well-coordinated and effective by managing its procedures and processes.
The area of responsibility for this role is wide ranging and thus requires thorough knowledge of all company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to juggle many different kinds of operational activities.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth execution of all leagues.
Schedule, Plan, & Coordinate future leagues in conjunction with clients and ownership.
Oversee league coordinators and fill in for league coordinator responsibilities when necessary.
Working with the league coordinators to assemble league schedules and rosters.
Working with the league coordinators to notify players of their schedule, team, information, inclement weather, etc.
Work with league coordinators to resolve any disputes.
Welcoming all participants with a winning attitude, the ability to problem-solve on the spot, promoting a fun and positive atmosphere at all times.
All candidates must be local to the Columbus/Central Ohio region, have reliable transportation, and be available on select evenings during league starts and tournaments.
